Nuleaoplasty
Definition
After giving a regional anethesia using a C-arm, insert a niddle into the disk to deliver radiofrequency thermal in order to block the nerve that senses the pain by heating up the collagen fiber surrounding the disk. It is the least invasive, non-surgical treatment that contracts the disk and releases the nerve pressure.

Subjects
- If chronic pain is experienced in back or neck
- If disc is not ruptured
- When there is no improvement even after preservative treatment for more than 3 months
- If there is less degenerative change
